Returns✅
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nutraroot.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds💸
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items❌
We cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used food products
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Sale items or promotional bundles
Damaged or Incorrect Items💥
If your item arrived damaged, expired, or incorrect — we’re truly sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number at support@nutraroot.co.uk. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — your choice.
